Ryan Holbrook (CEO and Co-Founder) said the strategic planning held in Mexico and the Philippines is a concrete example of how the company values teamwork and collaboration. The executive team encouraged the senior executives, managers, supervisors, and team leaders to share feedback on critical areas that require improvement. They were also allowed to freely communicate their ideas on facilitating growth. Each item was given the utmost attention and became a pillar of DME Service Solution’s 2023 roadmap.

Last May and June, DME Service Solutions launched two significant employee development programs. These are the Best ME at DME and Best Leaders at DME Service Solutions (BLAST) training. These initiatives involved a series of learning and development sessions designed to harness the potential and skills of every employee.

Prioritizing the employee experience has been a game-changer for DME Service Solutions. From the start, the organization clarified that its employees are its greatest assets. Well-being programs and fun hours are launched every month. Team building activities were also performed.
