Chillo brings over 25 years of experience across healthcare, outsourcing, and corporate operations—beginning his journey as an IT manager at a BPO call center and growing into leadership roles with global scope. He’s worked in over 13 countries and across nearly every function of the business, from engineering to managing a captive operation for a multi-billion-dollar MedTech organization. For Chillo, it’s always been about the people—diverse teams, shared learning, and the belief that culture drives performance.
His leadership style is best described as tough but fair—anchored in accountability and integrity. He leads by doing, builds trust by keeping his word, and creates space for others to be courageous and grow.
