Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, configuration and provide overall management of our desktop environment
  • Install, test, and maintain applications deployed in desktop and VDI Azure environment
  • Administration and management of MS Intune
  • Ensure perimeter security of our endpoint devices using MS Defender
  • Perform remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex incidents
  • Apply best practices in managing desktop applications, based on the ITIL IT Service management framework
  • Take ownership in providing accurate and reliable solutions to clients, document processes and application configuration
  • Manage effective professional working relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders

Job Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in BS Information Technology, Computer Science or any related course
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • MCSA or MCSE Certification
  • Strong background in desktop configuration and application and patch management
  • Strong adherence to the ITIL framework for Incident, Problem, Change, Request Fulfillment, Asset Management
  • Proven experience in complex troubleshooting
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proficient in oral and written English
  • Ability to conduct technical diagnosis and analysis
  • Assertive and resourceful, ability to interact fluently with US based clients
  • Engaging with internal (core teams) and external stakeholders (clients)
  • Broad knowledge of IT (specific application)

Travel Required:

  • 0 – 10%

Language Skills

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English.  Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
