Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and documentation review.
  • Analyze and document current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and coordinate user training sessions.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to business users post-implementation.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis.
  • Maintain confidentiality relative to organizational strategies, objectives, and practices. Participate in functions/meetings as required and Work on special projects as needed
  • Explain, Present and Analyze the current client performance on various Metrics. investigates trends and issues and provides explanations and interpretations within the lines of business that they support
  • Provide Trends Analysis with supporting policies and procedures, solutions to provide meaningful insights and recommendations on historic and future performance to stakeholders · Prepares reports to internal and client supports
  • Helps operations in increasing efficiency and effectiveness by providing data that will help them improve processes and procedures
  • Has the ability to customize operational & strategic reports based on project goals & client requirements.
  • Can deliver timely reports and analytics to effectively measure business performance against strategic priorities
  • Compile results in a concise, meaningful, and actionable format and share findings with end user of reports
  • Collaborate with operations team to identify and document the root-cause that will be needed to generate intelligent reports and formulate solutions that will be monitored to completion for Process Improvement & excellence
  • Lead and drives the team for root cause analysis and solution formulation, both corrective and preventive actions, to be tracked and closed
  • Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create as well as deliver meaningful reports/ dashboards
  • Work with peers and stakeholders to access, pull, clean, analyze and represent data from variety of source

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 -5 years BA experience.
  • Experience in Reporting, Data Management and Analysis and Proficient in any data analysis tool
  • Advanced skills/expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, PowerBI , Tableau (Advantage)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a business analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of business process modeling techniques and tools.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, VBA, and Advanced skills in data querying and manipulation
  • Create reports using MS Excel and conduct analysis on data
  • Can create Data Analytics and create data trends
  • Team player with a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Able to work under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
