Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for answering inbound calls and selling the full suite of Mobile Monitoring Unit Products to existing and potential customers. 
  • Answer inbound calls from existing and potential customers interested in Mobile Monitoring Unit Products.
  • Can effectively market features or products to individuals aged 60 and above. 
  • Must be able to work with sales processing software and use it within Company guidelines. 
  • Must achieve daily, weekly, and monthly quotas set up by management. 
  • Must have exceptional time management skills, as well as be able to work independently. 
  • Provide callers with a vast knowledge of information, regarding products, services, and prices. 
  • Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player who is motivated to excel and lead. 
  • Must follow all guidelines set up by the company. 
  • Complete any special projects or tasks that are assigned by your manager. 
  • Must be able to follow company attendance policy. 
  • Actively participate in team meetings and activities. 
  • Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule including weekends. 

Job Required Qualification:

  •  Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  •  At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative (preferably healthcare-related but not required) 
  • With B2B, B2C, or Cold Calling Experience
  • Strong computer skills are required. 
  • Ability to carefully listen and negotiate with callers, especially the elders. 
  •  Ability to effectively communicate products and services to callers.
  • Ability to Pitch aggressively. Quickly outlining products or services and pushing for a commitment from prospects.
  • Ability to Overcome Objections: Addressing resistance or objections swiftly to move prospects towards a purchase decision.
  • Emotional Appeals: Using emotional triggers to encourage impulse buying among consumers.

Language Skills

Must be able to communicate effectively in English.  Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
